Food, Fun, and Reading

USU extension presents classes centered around learning the MyPlate food groups. Each lesson will focus on a different food groups, identifying foods that are in those food groups, and why they're important to eat! We will also have a fun activity. There will be a snack provided in the end that is from the culture/country we're focusing on that day.
