Senior Center Aid/Cook
HYRUM CITY is accepting resumes for a part-time cook and assistant at the Hyrum Senior Center. The purpose of the Senior Center is to help seniors stay healthy,
socially connected, and active to avoid isolation.
Responsibilities include cooking lunches; assisting with crafts; driving large passenger van; and assisting Senior Center Director and its participants as needed.
This position is Part-Time Non-benefitted with a work schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Thursdays (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon) for a maximum of 25 hours per week.
Must have or able to obtain food handler permit; be able to lift 40 pounds; and a clean driving record. Salary $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on qualifications. Send a cover letter and resume to Hyrum City Office, 60 West Main, Hyrum, UT 84319.
