SEASONAL FULL TIME POWER GROUNDMAN

Hyrum City is accepting applications for a Seasonal Full Time Power Groundman.  Under general supervision, will be responsible for providing various services for the City's Power Department.  This position has a variety of physical labor tasks such as raking, shoveling various materials, pulling wire, and heavy lifting.  Employee will be responsible to provide a safe controlled environment for Power Department employees while working in outdoor temperatures, traffic, conducting line work, etc. Will operate equipment such as pickup truck, back-hoe, mini-excavator, and hand power tools.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. from June to August and possible employment through October.

Pay is $16.00 per hour.  This is a seasonal part time non-benefited position.
