Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter parking restrictions begin November 1st. Parking is not allowed on city streets or within ten feet of roadway pavement in any municipal right-of-way between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. unless such vehicle is in a driveway approach or otherwise parked behind the curb where curb exists.  This law allows for snow removal and is in effect between November 1st and April 1st, even when there is no snow.
