Building Permit Application

Please send your completed form to hailey.brown@hyrumcity.gov . If you have any questions you can reach Hailey Brown by email or at 435-245-6033. This permit is also the one that will be used for solar applications.

Please fill out the Load Data Sheet (for new power services) with your building permit application. 

Supply shortages are affecting construction throughout the region.  Some supplies have a 52 week (1 year) delay.
