Public Hearing - Planning Commission

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:

The Hyrum City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum to receive public comment concerning a proposal for Harvest Valley Court Planned Unit Development for senior housing located at approximately 43 North 300 East (Parcel #01-009-0001) consisting of townhouses and apartments with no more than 37 units on 3.75 acres. 

Copies of the proposed Harvest Valley Court Planned Unit Development are available for public inspection at the Hyrum City Office, 60 West Main, Hyrum, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on Hyrum City’s website www.hyrumcity.org.
